Recent research in finding the optimal path by ant colony optimization

The computation of the optimal path is one critical problems in graph theory. It has been utilized various practical ranges real world applications including image processing, file carving and classification problem. Numerous techniques have proposed finding solutions using ant colony optimization (ACO). This a nature-inspired metaheuristic algorithm, which inspired by foraging behavior ants nature. Thus, this paper study improvement made many researchers on ACO solution. Finally, also identifies recent trends explores potential future research directions carving.
